Is there a limit on how many text messages I can send?

There is no fixed number of texts, daily or otherwise, that gets you shut down. What matters is consent: you must only text people who have opted in to receive messages from you. Opt-in is the biggest thing that makes texting work. There are exceptions for some cases, but with opt-in you can message as much as you need.
